How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, upload your pet’s photo, and add any custom details you'd like to the notes section (optional). Once we have everything, we’ll start creating your illustration!
What kind of photo should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos work best—ideally showing your pet’s face and features in detail. Eye-level shots with natural lighting are perfect. But we can work with most images.
Can I send multiple photos for reference?
Yes! If you have more than one photo that shows different angles or details, feel free to send them. They’ll help us create the best possible result.
Can you illustrate more than one pet in a single design?
Yes! We can include multiple pets in one illustration. Just let us know how you'd like them arranged, and be sure to upload clear photos of each pet.
Can I choose the pose or expression of my pet?
Absolutely. If you have a favorite photo with the perfect pose or expression, send it over! We’ll do our best to capture your pet’s unique personality.
Can you include accessories like collars, hats, or toys?
Yes—we love adding little touches that show off your pet’s personality. Include a photo of your pet wearing the accessory, make a note in your order that you’d like it included in your illustration and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you only do portraits, or can you do full-body illustrations too?
We can do either! Our default style is portrait as this works best with most of our products. However, if you want a full-body illustration, include a full-body photo and tell us in the notes that you want a full-body illustration—it's totally up to you. No extra charges.
What if I want a specific theme (e.g., birthday, Christmas, superhero)?

Can you turn a low-quality photo into an illustration?
We’ll always try our best! The clearer the photo, the better the result—but if all you have is an older or lower-quality image, we’ll work with it and always let you know if the image is not suitable before starting your illustration.
What kinds of pets can you illustrate?
We can illustrate dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, horses, and more! If it’s a pet, we can do it.
Can you draw a pet that has passed away?
Yes, and we treat these with extra care. We know how special memorial pieces are and we’ll do our best to make it meaningful.
How long does it take to receive my illustration?
Digital illustrations are usually ready within 24 hours. For printed items, allow 3–5 working days for Mainland UK addresses. We'll always keep you updated.
Can I order just the digital file instead of a printed product?
Absolutely. If you only want the digital artwork, just select a 'Digital Only' product option and checkout. Your digital illustration will be delivered to the email supplied at checkout within 24 hours of completing your order.
What countries do you ship to?
Digital illustrations are available to worldwide customers. Physical goods are available for delivery to Mainland UK addresses only.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our work, we can’t offer refunds on completed artwork—but we’ll always do our best to ensure you're satisfied.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If we haven’t started your illustration yet, yes. If we've already started, cancellations are not possible, but reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I send this as a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! Just enter their shipping address at checkout.
Are prices or receipts included in the package?
Nope! We don’t include any pricing in the package, so it’s perfect for gifting.
Are your prints high quality and long-lasting?

Are your products environmentally friendly?
